We are committed to fully embracing and developing sustainability within our own operations and demonstrating the value and benefits of doing so to our portfolio companies and beyond.
We recognise the importance of diversity and ensuring equal opportunity for everyone throughout recruitment, selection, and career development.
To demonstrate our commitment to fostering a diverse workforce, we have implemented a number of policies, including our Groupwide DEI Policy and Blind Recruitment Policy. We have also committed to tracking and reporting the D&I statistics of our portfolio companies in the year ahead.

For our planet...
We have a number of carbon reduction and resource efficiency measures in our offices including 100% renewable electricity usage, zero waste to landfill and our cycle to work and electric vehicle schemes encourage greener travel. Our Group Sustainable Procurement Policy captures carbon reduction initiatives that we have introduced in our sourcing and disposal of capital goods as well as our business travel.
In addition to this, our Climate Strategy captures our Scope 1 and 2 reduction targets as well as our engagement targets which aim to assess and increase both our portfolio and our key supplier’s alignment to Net Zero. We are also committed to offsetting 100% of our Scope 1 and 2 emissions and select Scope 3 emissions which we have done this year through an accredited peatland restoration project and a UK tree planting scheme certified by the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS).
