Dividend Payment Details

The VCT Board has decided the Company will pay all future cash dividends through BACS transfer and cease payments by cheque after September 2024.

Please ensure your bank details are registered with City Partnership Registrar to avoid your future dividends being retained pending receipt of your bank account details. If your bank account details are not provided, your future dividends cannot be paid.

To have your dividends paid directly into your bank account please download and fill out the request for payment of interest or dividends form and return it to our Registrar, City Partnership (UK) Limited at:

Alternatively, you can choose to reinvest dividend payments and receive additional shares in the Company through the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme (DRIS).

To enrol in the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme with the Registrar please download and fill out the DRIS form and return it either by post to The City Partnership (UK) Limited, The Mending Rooms, Park Valley Mills, Meltham Road, Huddersfield HD4 7BH or a scanned signed copy to registrars@city.uk.com. If you would like to be removed from the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme, you can send a letter of instruction (which includes your full name, address and the company you hold shares in) to The City Partnership (UK) Limited, The Mending Rooms, Park Valley Mills, Meltham Road, Huddersfield HD4 7BH or scanned signed copy to registrars@city.uk.com

Forthcoming Dividends

An interim dividend of 1 pence per Ordinary Share in respect to the year ending 31 March 2025 will be paid on 25 April 2025 to Shareholders on the register on 28 March 2025 and the shares will be quoted ex-dividend* on 27 March 2025.
