For our planet...
There is a need, now more than ever, to understand our carbon emissions and identify areas for reduction on near- and long-term trajectories. As part of this, we have measured our full carbon footprint and produced a disclosure for the SECR.
We have implemented a number of carbon reduction and resource efficiency measures in our offices including 100% renewable electricity usage, improved recycling facilities and a cycle to work scheme to encourage green commuting. We also intend to develop our Business Travel Policy as this is the biggest contributor to our direct emissions.
Whilst we are developing our Climate Change Policy and Carbon Reduction Strategy, we are committed to offsetting 100% of our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and select Scope 3 emissions. This year, we did so through an accredited peatland restoration project and a UK tree planting scheme certified by the Verified Carbon Standard.
